Hi, I'm Katie! I'm a dog person. I like reading, exploring, and especially storytelling. I bake pretty good cupcakes, and I can dance a pretty good waltz. My personal hero is Shigeru Miyamoto.

I have been playing games since I was eight years old, when my dad first let me attempt the final boss in War Gods on the Nintendo 64. For my eleventh birthday I got Halo: Combat Evolved, and was hooked on games forever.

Above all, I love games which make me think beyond the game -- Shadow of the Colossus, Bioshock, the Final Fantasy series, and Portal are among my favorites.


I love to design and dream, but I believe that thinkers should also be doers. I enjoy scripting and programming, and have also picked up a couple of engines in the last few years.
